I know I'll get some hate for this but, fuck it! back when he was a grom with some good tricks -
Vicious!
so we all know Zared is super good. but this part is from a kinda obscure video called "Vicious Cycle". I think it came out around 2001. If you can find the full video, watch it, its ultra, mega good. And so is he. sheeit.

Activity Mash Up: What is the meaning of an Xtreme sports life?
Lately I worry that my life experience with action sports/alternative lifestyle/fringe movements is not Xtreme enough in the sense that skateboard/drinking Tecate/talking about art/film/culture is not exanding my Xtreme living threshold in a satisfactory way. Are my stunts dangerous enough? Do I have enough 'amplitude'? Am I consuming the most Xtreme beverage that I could be consuming?
I want to make people say "holy fuck". I want to run fast like I'm being chased/chasing someone while performing Xtreme stunts.
What awesome new sports 'mash up' other sports, or sports with objects? What can I participate in that will up my Xtreme cache?
I think that John Kilduff was the ultimate OG activity mash up pioneer.

Most boring person in radio says "orgasm", gets banned

She talks a lot about sexual issues and the language she uses — a lot of people of Mississippi are not accustomed to hearing. They’re not accustomed to hearing word ‘orgasm’ on the air, and three o’clock in the afternoon is not the best time to air this.(via)

Honorary Wharf Cat!
Between T-Workout's P-town foray, Sambone's cruiser and my past life working for the worldwide leader in sports, I feel like we have a little bit of a Brent Atchley thing going on here.
First of all. Looks like this dude skates mostly on unpaved roads and in the woods. Secondly, I was always stoked to see him getting paid by a mall brand, but more stoked now to see him going local (though, his wallet is probably not). Finally... holy tranny wizard! And that line through the riverbed or whatever the hell that is is craze.

From what's really going wrong
Zurich is stained.... with jaw's blood
www.thrashermagazine.com/articles/trash/birdhouse-in-zurich/
1. The front blunt jaws ender. The board is like a foot off his feet on the way down. The slams are soooo hard.
2. Riley hawk's bowl no-comply. Most tranny no complies don't pop up like this, they are more sideways.
3. Tony hawk skating street.

"Let's just roar a little bit. Let's see how high we can go."

Great interview with BM on GQ. Like, really great.
I never saw, what's-his-name, Larry David's show.
Curb Your Enthusiasm?
No! The other one. With the other guy.
Seinfeld?
Seinfeld! I never saw Seinfeld.

"I heard it was like some weird demons and stuff through an iPod and he was like freaking out"

Good thing someone is reporting on this stuff, otherwise what would happen to all those kids who don't know about I-Dosing?

"Did it mean to you what you were hoping it would?"
It was a big shock when I woke up and I saw those humong things, ah, and it kinda scared me a little bit too...

Read This, Listen to This: Padgett Powell, Three 6 Mafia
A Gentleman’s C
By Padgett Powell
My father, trying finally to graduate from college at sixty-two, came, by curious circumstance, to be enrolled in an English class I taught, and I was, perhaps, a bit tougher on him than I was on the others. Hadn’t he been tougher on me than on most other people growing up? I gave him a hard, honest, low C. About what I felt he’d always given me.
We had a death in the family, and my mother and I traveled to the funeral. My father stayed put to complete his exams — it was his final term. On the way home we learned that he had received his grades, which were low enough in the aggregate to prevent him from graduating, and reading this news on the dowdy sofa inside the front door, he leaned over as if to rest and had a heart attack and died.
For years I had thought the old man’s passing away would not affect me, but it did.
